Deleted "mods" and "submenu" redirects from the info and rules section on the website

added a missing section to the "quick info" part on the home page

Added the MC server rules to the "General Rules" page

did some edits and fixes to the "quick info" part on the home page

added a picture to the "General Rules" Page

replaced the basic placeholder text on the home page

added text and explanations to the very basic info row on the home page

added dynmap

changed main.css to make wide dynmap
